Compensation

Orange Box Labs is looking for an experienced Program Manager to join the team full-time. This position pays $190,000 – $250,000 annually, depending on experience.

Job Description

Lead the execution of complex engineering programs supporting government customers, with responsibility for program performance, customer relationships, technical coordination, schedule, staffing, and financial performance. Work closely with OBL engineers and customer stakeholders to translate program objectives into executable technical activities, identify and resolve issues, manage priorities, and ensure successful delivery.

The Program Manager will serve as a primary interface between Orange Box Labs, customer program leadership, technical teams, and partner organizations. This is a hands-on leadership position in a small engineering company and requires the ability to operate effectively across technical, contractual, financial, and organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities include program planning and execution, customer coordination, staffing and resource planning, schedule and milestone management, financial and contract performance monitoring, risk management, subcontractor and partner coordination, proposal and follow-on activity support, and communication of program status to Company leadership and customers.

Minimum Requirements

·      Experience leading technical programs, projects, or engineering teams

·      Demonstrated experience managing programs for U.S. Government customers

·      Active U.S. Government security clearance (level discussed during process)

·      Strong understanding of engineering development, systems integration, test, and/or fielded technical systems

·      Experience managing program schedules, staffing, budgets, deliverables, risks, and customer expectations

·      Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work directly with technical personnel, customers, partners, and senior leadership

Location

This position is based in Colorado. Work is performed across Company and program-designated locations; some tasks may be performed remotely when authorized.
