Orange Box Labs is a Colorado-based engineering company specializing in the design, integration, and test of specialized communications and embedded systems for government and commercial customers. We're a small, senior team doing hands-on hardware and software work — rapid prototyping, integration, and field support on programs where the work matters and the pace is real. Compensation

Orange Box Labs is looking for talented Systems Engineers to join the team full-time. This position pays $150,000 – $250,000 annually, depending on experience.

Job Description

Serve as technical resource and provide engineering support across the requirements-through-test lifecycle: requirements analysis, systems integration, test planning and execution, and direct technical interface with the customer team. Bring deep expertise in RF, embedded, and communications systems to fast-turnaround engineering problems. Responsibilities scale with experience level.

Minimum Requirements

·      Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience)

·      5+ years of relevant engineering experience (senior-level candidates: 12+ years)

·      Active U.S. Government security clearance (level discussed during process)

·      Strong hands-on integration and/or test background

Location

This position is based in Colorado. Work is performed across Company and program-designated locations; some tasks may be performed remotely when authorized.
